Juuri nyt etsimme matkailualasta kiinnostuneita, innokkaita ja suomen- ja ruotsinkielentaitoisia tiimiläisiä asiakaspalvelukeskukseemme Alanyaan, Turkkiin. Työtehtävissä tulee puhua molempia kieliä, suomea ja ruotsia sekä englantia. Etsimme pääsääntöisesti uusia tiimiläisiä, jotka jo asuvat Alanyassa tai lähialueella, ja joilla on oleskelulupa Turkissa. Mutta olemme myös valmiita ottamaan vastaan kiinnostuneita hakijoita, jotka haluavat muuttaa Alanyaan. Työlupaprosessi alkaa Helsingissä, jossa saattaa kestää 2-3 kuukautta. Yhteistyöyrityksemme Turkissa auttavat työluvan ja käytännön järjestelyiden kanssa.

Customer Service Representative (Finnish and Swedish speakers)

Longitours is looking for Finnish—and Swedish-speaking CALL CENTER AGENTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES for its Call Center office in Alanya, Turkiye.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role as a customer service representative at our call center in Alanya, Turkiye. The role is bilingual, so currently, we are looking only for candidates who speak Finnish, Swedish, and English. The Representative will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience daily. Customers can contact our Longitours team by calling, emailing, or chatting in Finnish, Swedish, or English. Our team members work in shifts (8.00 - 22.00) during the week according to the local work regulations (around 8 hours a day -5 days a week).

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent speakers of Finnish and Swedish. Norwegian/ Danish is a plus
  • Preferably, already living in the Antalya region with a residence permit
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and handle challenging situations professionally
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the travel industry or hospitality sector is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Due to the work permit process, we would prefer applications from professionals already living in the Antalya region and with a residence permit. However, with the right candidate, we are ready to wait for you to join. The work permit process starts in your home country and can take 2-3 months.

The work agreement will be made with the local travel agency, which will provide comprehensive support, including a work permit and insurance. The agreement will be in compliance with local laws and requirements, ensuring a smooth and secure employment process.

Unfortunately, Longitours is unable to provide a relocation package (flights, accommodation, etc.) for candidates outside Turkiye.
